Unicorn has recently announced their intention to launch the VCT offer for subscription to raise up to a further £25 million, through the issue of new ordinary shares. Manager of the VCT Chris Hutchinson will give an overview of the fund's strategy, investing predominantly in the shares of AIM quoted companies, by maintaining a steady flow of dividend distributions to Shareholders from the income as well as capital gains generated by the portfolio. Many of the companies in the VCT are well-established.
