After a challenging 2020, we can expect that 2021 is unlikely to provide investors with a smooth investment path. To help take the surprises out of investing and make portfolio planning easier, we launched the Atlantic House Defined Return Fund in 2013. The Fund, now with an AUM of more than £1 billiion, aims to deliver an annualised return of 7%-8% p.a. over the medium to long-term in all but the bleakest market conditions. In this interview, Fund Manager and CIO, Tom May, will demonstrate how, with a high degree of certainty, we can estimate the Fund’s medium- to long-term returns and deliver a degree of downside protection to investors, using the Fund’s 2020 performance as a case study.
